Fax (In ON 1-519-645-4029) (In AB 1-306-652-3211) (In BC 1-604-586-6442) to CRA the following letter along with 3 invoices showing GST/HST collected:

ATTN: TSRCC

RE: Account XXXXXX XXX RT 0001

Please find attached 3 invoices showing that my business charged GST/HST prior to my registration date. Please back date my registration as required. If you have any further questions please call me at (xxx) XXX-XXXX
